Schedule with an undeclared advisor 

First & Second Year Students

First-year and sophomore undeclared students should meet with their Coordinated Care Advisor (CCA), their first point of contact. Schedule an appointment through SDSU Navigate:

1. Log in to SDSU Navigate.
2. Click “Make Appointments | Find Drop-Ins” (top right).
3. Select “Meet with Your Success Team” under Other Options (right side).
4. Under “What type of appointment”, select Academic Advising (default).
5. Choose “Major Advising/General Advising/Major Exploration” under Service.
6. Pick a date and time that works for you.
7. Receive a confirmation email with appointment details.

Juniors & Seniors

Undeclared juniors and seniors without a Coordinated Care Advisor should email the Undeclared Student Success Team at [email protected].

Include in your email:

• Full Name
• Student ID
• Class Year (e.g., Jane Doe, 12345678, Junior)

Undeclared Hold

Students with an Undeclared Hold must declare a major or meet with an undeclared advisor to submit a Major Academic Plan. A hold notification will be sent to your SDSU email.
