Department Requirements
All major departments require a minimum GPA to progress from the pre-major or undeclared status to the major status. As you plan your courses and major selection, you should review the Minimum GPA Requirements. This listing applies to both transfer admissions to the university and when an undeclared student wishes to declare a major. Departments may also ask students to meet additional requirements before signing them into the pre-major.
